The Holy Spirit

Once I had this vision in my mind of being led by the hand with someone else or two, then a kind being gets us off the road to the side. Then suddenly a rushing stagecoach almost ran over us, out of the way in the nick of time.
I would perceive that the Holy Spirit is all-knowing and perceiving and understanding. With power to place the thought or anything that comes to mind. The Holy Spirit gives us well-being and pleasant thoughts.
It calms our seas and gives us peace. The Holy Spirit softens our hearts, so we are kind to others. When it departs everything becomes like a stone. Hard and petrified. The Holy Spirit gives us comfort and talks to us.
It utters things you have to look over and understand. The Holy Spirit heals us and has balm in its hands to heal wounds and broken hearts. I’m persuaded to believe that nothing is impossible for the Holy Spirit.
Will raise the dead if necessary. The Holy Spirit has presence all by itself and it’s part of God, but acts on its own. The Holy Spirit of all things is a wonder and the most precious gift God gives a new believer, because the Holy Spirit has the very essence of life. Even life eternal. May you believe? Amen.

One thing you got to know...Genesis

As we take a look at beginnings, we look at Genesis and the marvel of creation. It had just poured the rain outside my house and I couldn’t but help remember the creator and his marvelous insight and wonder. I usually wonder about my creator when I’m snared away and think I’ve done everything that needs to be done.
It’s a paradox when I see a little paper littering the walk and think to myself, will God take notice if pick it up or he will take more notice if I ignore it and think that it doesn’t matter, whether it matters or not. It just happens to me that when I do odd things around the house or anyplace, the Lord gives you something for it.
I had nothing to do. I was bored. I said to myself, I‘ll pick up these down turned patio chairs and think it’s nothing, then I go inside and I find and old set of dictionary and thesaurus guide, which they had always been there, but now I thought they were kind of nice and could be handy sometime later.
So I question myself, how aware is God of the creation? Am me and what I do in an odd moment? There shouldn’t come a time, when we said to ourselves, my God doesn’t see or care what I’m doing right now.
I would think it’s a mild case of atheism where you come to a limit of where really think he exists at that moment. When we’re lonely, does Goes God know? Or better ask the question when we fill abandoned, do we know God?
I took this journey on beginnings because, I had thought about this but kept putting it away, I feared writing about it. I don’t know why. I just feel I don’t want to write or speak about the twilight zone of my comfort zone and faith in God.
How sovereign is God over the flight of a mosquito? I don’t want to think about that. But I do want to get to basics that God created the heavens and the earth. This basic thing is not acknowledged in schools or universities, they have other ideas.
But it’s a basic fact that God created the heavens and the earth. How in ’earth’- pun, are we going to get to the end if we haven’t learned the beginning fact. Perhaps you are new here and this a good place to start our walk with God.
I had to tell my grandson this fact and he went about to ask more profound questions as to how God went about to do that, created everything. He put me in corner for a while. But if we in reverence understand the mighty and glory of God, well then it doesn’t seem like it couldn’t be done.
How sovereign am I writing this blog, I don’t know, I wasn’t going to write it? How sovereign is your God for reading it, who knows. But it’s written and perhaps by now it’s read. What questions it might conjure in your mind, I don’t know.
But perhaps if we understand anything, we learn to ask God for answers and if we believe God we shall know we can come to the knowledge of him and be saved. If we believe God who created the heavens and the earth. May you be blessed and let God have everlasting dominion and praise. Amen.
