Masked depression

Some people appear to be well but work hard at hiding DEPRESSION. For them, the hiding is a source of stress. They outwardly do what they think is expected of them while inwardly they feel hopeless and suicidal. They may have a little facial animation, appear to have a fixed expression, and show little emotion. The terms “depressive equivalents”, “affective equivalents”, “hidden depression”, and “missed depression” are term used for this situation. Some mental health professionals use the term “borderline depression” for such individuals.

And some call it “don’t want to pick up a book” depression. And the thought that we know everything and have an explanation for everything is sometime a source of depression.

We think we have a choice and we think we have a solution and children of the street take on this idea that they can survive the need and struggle to get what they need.

And the office clerk has the same syndrome that he or she is well taught in getting what he or she needs. Why he or she has a Master or Doctors Degree in busckwash, but really present problems pervade our economy of how to make ends meet and solve the deficit problems.

And well. I avoid pinning the donkey’s tail on anyone if that was a solution. And maybe that can be the start of real solution.

I wait in the parking lot for almost six hours, and when I spot him, I call her.

“He just left the office. He’s getting into his car,” I tell her. She want all the details.

“What does he look like?” she asks.

I really don’t see any connection between depression and cute guy I like situation??…

I could say that cute guy situation is not a problem…

But the situation that the cute guy and you are biological correct can lead to a situation that I got just to move on…

And what is next to biological, protection can be afforded but what if you are not his solution??…

And maybe you are each others solution to satisfy per-ser…

Are you doing it to avoid and run from a depression or setting yourself for another one…

Because one snicker bar looses its taste if you eat to many one after another…

And what is the solution for the humm-drum life??

If the dots connect you can put the picture together, but if you borrow the dots, you might have a picture but he owner of the borrowed dots can come and claim his her dots and you have a broken picture again…and you are depressed…
